    @explorer2101 I could do that if it ware a large cardboard coupon.
    the Coupons i get are on the back of receipts.

    @PogoFogo

    McDonalds coupon tip

    Cut into tiny strips & add to a tasty casserole. Will at least add a little rougage do you more good than using the coupon in-store.

    To *shannonsurreal*: Yes, it is sad that most people will not believe in eating or being healthy until something goes wrong (could be a heart attack, or something as downgrating who they are to the point of total depression or mental shut down). I completely understand why a person would want to help their loved ones, but if they don’t want to believe in eating healthy or until they have their own ‘ah-ha’ moment there is nothing you can do but watch them waste away their life. Terrible but true.

  • PracticalAscension says:

    Sadly most people won;t believe in eating healthy food unless it’s already too late and they’re all sick, like Natalie says in the video, the guy who’s just had a heart attack will be much more willing to eat healthier. But the guy who sees no problems with his health (or denies them) is very hard to convince…

    @ohNOEdude Yes and a whole foods diet causes you to lose weight also. I wasn’t trying to do that, but I lost a lot of weight by eating whole uncooked veggies and fruit for two weeks. It may not be easy because of long eating habits, but after wards you incorporate healthy foods back in. Please eat as much Organic as possible. Yes more expensive, but at least eat organic fruit and veggies.

    Well, she’s just trying to help! Maybe her dad eats just awful and she’s worried about him. I’m not trying to be rude to you or anything and if it came off as that sorry. But if she wasn’t worried then I don’t suppose she would want to help. =)

    Good advice. By the way, you love being in front of a camera. My nephew has that personality type. It’s funny to see that kind of energy. Not that I’m complaining.
