Oh and would love to see a video for GI problems…GERD, IBS, etc. What to eat and how to understand what your food does when you have this problem. I definitely know a lot of people with GI problems who are just waiting for information from someone who knows what they are talking about!
Hello thanks for your amazing well articulated video…I have IBS and I am trying a flaxseed formula that is Canadian harvested Flaxseed and I am taking about 3 tablespoons daily. Wanted to know how much is too much flaxseed and is it good for IBS? And if you know of any other super-foods that are good for IBS?Just started yesterday!
Oh we love honey bunches of oats..HBOO w/almonds..shredded wheat..cherrios (cinnamon).. and occasionally cinnamon toast crunch!
