VAT thanks tο mу husband hе stays οn mу ass (send lονе hіm, hе′s οn уου tube …. qdjackson1 wіll lіkе WTH!) Mу routine interval sprints (Yikes) 3 times weekly fοr 3 minutes οn foot / Sprint difficult fοr one minute fοr аt lеаѕt 30 minutes weights 2x a week (іf I bе gοοd) Food: Come οn, уου whats bаd fοr уου! I’m trying a high protein diet аnd eat snacks аll day. continued weight loss over 21 pounds іѕ аbουt four months time Sprint WORKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @TheBarbie1234567 You can probably loose water weight in a week, but you are gonna need to see atleast 2-3 weeks for real results. Even if you don’t lose alot in one week think about where you could be in 3 weeks!

    Wow, this vid has had be thinking for a whole week! You have really hit home with me. I know that I need to start eating healthier and incorporating exercise into my life. I also know that In order to keep fit it has to be a complete lifestyle change, and that this is something that I have to commit to for the rest of my life…..sigh…..Okay so wish me luck! I have been building my confidence up and I think that I am ready to try….I will have to keep you posted. Thanks!

    High intensity intervals does work. It helps with endurance too. Im just getting bcak into running so Im doing this to build myself up for 5k’s again.

    I’m going to try this!! I do have a question though..I have been walking & running in a sauna suit but I run in it early in the mornings before the sun comes up. Is that a good idea or am I only loosing water weight doing this? Bye the way you’re very inspirational. Have a good one :o )

    What Not To Wear helped me get my confidence back after I had my son and find my style. I really like your videos! You are a great speaker you help me motivate myself. “Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels” I don’t want to be skinny but that saying makes me what to eat right.
