    @cones2005 lol you clearly didnt answer my question…. is it better to eat a small portion of a snack/ junk food or to eat a more healthier food like cereal or soup? but alot of it so that u get full? dont go off saying other random stuff that i dont need to know. just choose one

    @KhmaiBodian559 hmm lol, junk food is never healthy, eat cerial in the morning with fruit if your not full, for meals eat small portions of meat with as much veg as u want to fill you up, drink a lot of water while you eat and it will help to make you feel full, remember to eat slowly as it takes around 20 mins for the food you eat to get to your stomach and make you feel full :)
