    @igrowimpatient agreed – I still look at a glass of milk and see it as healthy even though I know from what I’ve read that the ill effects eventually outweight the good, except for the lucky people who tolerate it well.

  • igrowimpatient says:

    @paynowlivelater if it made my coco puffs that much better… maybe XD
    jk i just started crossfit and paleo was recommend by some of the guys.
    but i totally get it.. the whole cross species digestion thing.
    its just hard for me to kick the habit after drinking milk since i was a kid. I was raised in the 90′s so we had everyone tell us “drink milk you’ll have stronger bones”
    but after seeing what they do to the cows so they can produce more milk.. does raise some questions.

  • paynowlivelater says:

    @igrowimpatient if you add vitamins, minerals and water to arsenic, does it make it a good thing to eat?

  • igrowimpatient says:

    i don’t know why people hate so much on milk….
    filled with vitamins, protein.
    80%+ of milk is water..

    people make it seem like our body doesn’t get any nutritions from milk..

    if god didn’t want us to drink milk he wouldn’t have placed it in such an AWESOME place for us to feed from.

  • philipjterry says:

    what does everyone make of this – type: eggs atherosclerosis in google and check the last result on google books. Makes interesting reading…

  • jjoneil73 says:

    This is spot on as i myself eat this way but…talking about good fats would have topped it off! lol

  • paynowlivelater says:

    @migas360 mushrooms are fine.

  • migas360 says:

    what about mushrooms they are allowed right? I can’t live without them o.O

  • ericds33 says:

    @marikoxeuimel
    Well yeah they didn’t eat as much as us, but I think you are understating it. There is much less free vegetation in our forests now that we have urban jungles. And also, the paleo man was a nomad, so he moved with the seasonal fruits and veggies.

    @michaeljking I’m a big fan of Mark’s, and agree with what you are saying. Better to be a vegetarian that avoids wheat and dairy than a meat-eater who eats wheat and dairy.

  • michaeljking says:

    I am a vegetarian and I have to conclude that everything this video says is right, That is very challenging to me. The truth though is that you will see results even if you just remove wheat and dairy and processed sugar from your everyday diet, Mark sisson expands further on all this in the “primal blueprint” highly recommended.

  • paynowlivelater says:

    @KristinaBentley agreed – I was just being lazy because I couldn’t find an image to reflect truly wild plants that appeared edible!

  • KristinaBentley says:

    Only issue I have with this is the reference for what sort of plants he ate..certainly wasn’t a pristine garden with all of the modern versions of plants that we have created through breeding after agriculture was discovered. But still good stuff here. Thanks.

  • paolocito says:

    @marikoxeuimel actually you will find a lot in the right season. I am on my way to gather a few kg of blueberries myself :) Even though I usually gather just half of the berries on a plant (the deers needs them just as much if not more than I do) it takes me about 2 hours to gather circa 5 kg. Same goes for raspberries and mushrooms. And looking forward to the lingonberries season :P ! There is plenty of food out there!

  • THEGNCGIRLS says:

    This video was amazing!! Couldn’t have said it better myself!! :) You just made my night.

  • mahonrc says:

    well done….reasonable, and balanced. Chronic inflammation is the root of most internal evil.

  • marikoxeuimel says:

    @clearviewhigh Those guys probably didnt eat carbs at all… or very rarely. Even though they are called hunter gatherers… how much fruit and veg do you think youd find walking through the forest? Considering how you would be competing with birds, insects, and whatever else.

  • clearviewhigh says:

    @paynowlivelater thanks chief. im ready to become a super caveman.

  • paynowlivelater says:

    @clearviewhigh that’s about it.

  • clearviewhigh says:

    Question… so these guys basically ate keto style? all their carbs came from fruits,vegetables and nuts?

  • MissyBelleSYD says:

    what an awesome video!

  • paynowlivelater says:

    @nefandix it’s more cool than non-raw dairy, but not cool in a Paleo sense.

  • nefandix says:

    Raw dairy is not coolf?

  • KieMoxie1 says:

    Meat and veggies, nuts and seeds some fruit little starch NO SUGAR. :)

  • dbnbruff says:

    Hi,

    I am a Nutritional Therapist and I really like your video. I was wondering if you might be able to email it to me so that I can use it to help educate people about healthy eating habits?

    Thank you!
